Day 2 of Body for Life. Combined my run with the 20 min workout. Slow for me, but pacing my wife, and some jogging in place, so probably more than I show as distance, but a decent workout for me. Intervals of a minute, building into 4 min pyramids as per the BFL workout book. Not hard at this pace, but exhausting in the weeks to come.
