Day 6 - Swim

After 4 or 5 years, back in the pool. With a sore knee, I decided to swim today.

1x50 and 1x100 easy to finish. I kept up a 1:40 early for 5 or 6 sets and then slipped to 1:45.

A Sick Dog

Two Days off

I hadn't planned on it, but I had an early meeting while traveling and I was beat. Since I needed to get dressed up, I avoided sweating too early, but then had no chance in the afternoon.

I did walk a lot on Friday, and Saturday I ended up doing chores at home, skipping the workout.

Day 1 - Run

A walk down the driveway with my kid, then a 2.3mi out and back jog and a walk to the house. Delaney outran me. Maybe I could have run him down, but I think he had something left as well.

A turning point for sure. I might be faster at a 5K, or a shorter distance, but in the 1-2mi range, I think he can definitely run faster.
