Day 3 - Crossfit

Harder than Day 2. A change up and I was certainly sweating and out of breath at the end. The only thing I modified was the burpees. I'd go on my toes, then down and step back, a 1/2 pushup, and then step up.

Day 1- Walking

I couldn't take it more. PT this morning, and some warnings about not overdoing things. Also a therapist pointing out that I still had a good amount of inflammation going.

However I needed a walk and so did the dogs. Just a short one. Hardest part is remembering to go slow.

Working harder. Moved from level 4 to 5 to 6  and alternated 5 and 6 a bit, mostly 5. Tried pressing with my right leg, trying to get the quad to move.

Also some leg lifts and heal drags earlier, doing a little work.

Almost two weeks off

Amazing. I had hoped it would be less, but I've struggled a touch with knowing what is good work and what will slow progress.

After two days I could walk with a limp and move around. After 4 I tried the bike, but couldn't get through a revolution without pain.

As a result, I've done some leg lifts, some push ups, some sit ups, even some light squats one day (that was a mistake), but really no sweat. Just moving around.
