Day 3 - Crossfit

Harder than Day 2. A change up and I was certainly sweating and out of breath at the end. The only thing I modified was the burpees. I'd go on my toes, then down and step back, a 1/2 pushup, and then step up.

Warmup
2 min Jump Rope or Jog
15-second Samson Stretch
15-second Waiter’s Bow
10 Arm Circles Forward & Backward
10 Leg Swings Each Leg
 
Then:
10 Squats
10 Sit-ups
10 Pushups
3 Rounds

For Time
- 100 jumping jacks
- 75 squats
- 50 push ups
- 25 burpees
 
20:00 minutes
