I tweaked something in the left knee and it was sore, so I decided against much cardio stuff on the leg. Instead, late I rode the bike, easy. Just spinning at a 4 and then a 5. Barely enough to sweat.

I was up too late. Actually, I was up early, but I was slow to get out of my room to the gym and most of the machines were taken. The hamstring has been OK, so I decided to jog. Even when someone left an elliptical, I kept going. A bit of walking at the start and end, but I felt good.

Day 9 - Hike

An interesting day. I planned on kickboxing class, but my day was hijacked. We ended up going zip lining for Kendall's birthday. certainly some body stress on the lines, but also about a mile or so hike, up and down the hills of Castle Rock between the lines. A good day overall.
