Day 23 - Run

A quick run before a flight overseas. I ran errands and pushed myself a bit in town. Felt good, but a sore knee after.

How is the knee doing now? What do you do to keep it strong?

sorry for the slow reply, Robert.

The knee is doing pretty good. Some times I press harder (harder/faster running or cross training or baseball), and it aches a bit, but the problems I had with the knee cap or stability are gone.

Unfortunately over July 4, I tweaked the left knee.
