Day 7 - Yoga

I debated about running outside in the sun or Yoga. With a run last night (albeit short), I decided to take it easier with yoga. Not a great class, but I was sweating and working a bit.

With my little girl, we did 30 of cardio and then about 30-45 of volleyball. More work for her than me, but still some movement.
