Day 3 - Run

Out with my son for a run. A sore left knee, which I tweaked over the 4th. I need to heal it, but don't want to stop. However I did run about a mile, then walked a bit, then jogged a bit more and finished with some walking. I really need to get back to running, but running slow and building.

Day 1 - Class

I managed to kickstart my workout after vacation with a kickboxing class. It felt good to get back out there and work after a few days off. I wanted to start Sunday, but family commitments prevented that.

It was a good class and I did some extra elliptical later.

Vacation

I thought I might get a new streak of sorts going on vacation, but with the way things worked out, and some allergy issues, I decided to just enjoy the time away and not worry. I ended up with one good, long hike, but mostly a quiet vacation with little exercise other than walking.
