Day 11 - Yoga

First time back at yoga since surgery. I decided to take it easy, and I did, but had a great workout. I did much better at many things than I expected. The knee is strong.

Day 8 - 5K

My first race since surgery. First race in a year, but a good one. It was the local race for me, the warmup for my son's cross country team.

I struggled through the hills after a mile, and though about walking. I made it to 2 miles, stopped for 15s for water, and then powered through to finish at 28:30. Can't decide if the course was short, but if not, I did well.
