Day 36 - Elliptical

an early working. Struggling to get going in a hotel, but I did consider running. However the treadmill was in use, and I needed to timebox to 30 minutes. So I hit the elliptical. I was slightly worried about the knee, so easier is better.

Took it easy. Traveling, an early dinner, time to relax. The knee still aches, so decided to bike on the recumbent.

I slipped off the sidewalk this morning walking outside. The knee caught, and ached all day. I rode the bike, but didn't press things. I rode easy, and then iced at night as the knee was sore.
