A long sports day. First baseball in the am. Batting practice, a little throwing, but since I threw to 4 or 5 people, I was sweaty and tired. A good morning workout.
The afternoon was watching a volleyball clinic with my daughter before we did some open practice together. It wasn't as intense as other days, but it was a decent workout.
