Day 19 - Volleyball

Short, easy workout. About 40 minutes in the park with Kendall, bumping and setting to each other. More walking than I expected, and I was sore, but it was a lot of fun to just play with my girl.

I forewent exercise during the day, anticipating some good volleyball. I wasn't disappointed. Only 4 of us at the tournament game, and we worked hard, losing 2/3, but making them close. Then 2 hours at the church, with some decent movement.
