Day 3 - Swim

A good one today. I decided to just swim, and after 100 warmup, I busted out a 500 at an easy pace. It felt good, but I was concentrating too much on counting. Need to set up a system.

I then did 2x250, 50 kick, then 1x250 again and then 1x350 and 100 kick/cooldown.
