A mix of activity today. Flew to LA early and went for a walk on the beach. I was thinking to swim, but the pool was a bit of a drive and I needed to eat. I had some meetings in the afternoon and thought I might get a late swim, but the pool was packed with kids.
So I hit the hotel, a bit of lifting and then a 20 bike.
