Getting ready to fly, and planning on workout out when I land, but I decided to get a jump on things. I hit the treadmill, walking for a bit, but I interspaced 3 3min jogging sessions at 6.2mph. This with walking at 4.2 most of the time.
Felt good, we'll see how the knee feels tomorrow.
