Bust

Another missed day, however not a sitting around day. I spent all day working construction, building porch railings and a wheelchair ramp. Then getting gas for the ranch and feeding horses.

I'm beat.

Day 2 - Elliptical

First time since surgery. A night of sleep helped my knee and things were find on the elliptical. I didn't push hard, but steady, just working.
