Day 12 - Tabata

The Insantiy was replaced by tabata. I decided to give it a try, hoping it would be a good workout, but not too hard. It's in the middle. After a short warmup, we do 8 exercises 8 times each. We do them for 20s and then rest for 10s. It's a ride.

As an example, the first one was jump twists (4) and then pushups (4). Repeat as much as you can for 20s before a 10s rest. As with many things, 3-4 reps are easy, 4-5 are really, really hard. A good workout for me.
