My back was actually feeling better, and I had plans for a nice 2-2.5 mile run. However at about 7 minutes, my thigh was chaifng. I'd put on sweat pants to go outside and I left them on to run, which was a mistake. I made it a few more minutes, but then had to quit. When I got them off, there was a nice raw patch on my leg. Ouch!
And I was feeling good about the run :(
