A not-so-pleasant surprise at the hotel. No health club, no facilities nearby, despite that description when I booked it. With little kids in the room, I was worried about going too far. However I made do, a short run this morning through the neighborhood, sidewalk and pavement, and I felt great. Strong lungs at sea level, no pain in the ankle.
