I waited for Delaney to run after school, but we were pressed for time, and of course, he got Halo Reach, so he wanted to hit the treadmill and use the minimum time possible. So I was stuck there as well, trying to knock out a quick one and get some chores done.
I felt OK, but decided that I shouldn't push it every time I do and did a quick one.
