One Day
In April, I only missed one day of exercise. Some of the days were lighter than others, but I'm glad that I got through almost a whole calendar month. I made it to 40+ days, but I want to try and get there again, this time in May and not miss another day.
Day 7 - Walk
After traveling all night, or a portion of the night and working this afternoon, I headed out on a walk for 2 miles before dinner.

Busy
I missed a day.
I was hoping to get to 50, my goal after 31, but yesterday got away from me. Working on issues, getting kids, cooking, and Scouts and I was home at 9:30, no exercise, and the left arm aching, so I decided to skip it.

Day 32 - Elliptical
Up in Vegas, but not wanting to spend too much time before work today. I hit the club in the hotel and noticed an elliptical machine. Since the right knee has been sore, I decided to give it a try. After a few sun salutes to warm up, I jumped on. It was a decent workout, but I didn't have the level high enough.

Slow
After 2 weeks since I last ran, I got out today and went further. I did a 5k, actually a touch over, and was glad I did. I run too little when I run and doing the 4 miles in Bellevue, which didn't killed me, reminded me I can and should do more.
This was slow, but not as horrible as I might have thought. I was tired, trying to baby the knee a little, and still was under 30, which was good.
Glad to be back running.

Traveling to Omaha for work. Took a little time in the afternoon for a nice run from Omaha to Iowa, across the pedestrian bridge.
