Day 6 - Hike
Muir Woods, a good, hard hike for my daughter and I. slightly hard for her, but I felt great.
The loop was 2.6mi, but about 1 mile in and out from the cars, and perhaps another mile near the Golden Gate.

My first 5k in years, this time with my son.
A good run, pretty easy to the turnaround, though I could feel myself fading. I pushed past the 2mi mark before I stopped for water and then again a couple times near 3mi. A tough run, but a decent time for me.
