I was hemming and hawing on what to do today. The body ached a little, and the legs were tired after rowing yesterday. I had planned on swimming, but then thought I'd take it easy, and eventually chastised myself and hit the pool.
But first I lifted. Not had, not long. About 15 minutes back and shoulers (and a few abs) just to work. Then it was in the pool, where I struggled. I did some 100s, pushing to get them done on the 2:00 (about 15s rest most intervals), and then settled into some 200s that were just swimming. Just covering distance.
It was a struggle today, but I am glad I did it.
