Bust

I thought about forcing a workout, but with work, errands for kids, and class, I was buried and didn't get enough done. Stressed as well and when I got home at 11, my wife was up and ready to chat, so I skipped trying any exercise to spend time with her.

Day 1 - Ellitical and Swimming

I was up early, on the elliptical working out. My thought was that I should get some good work in as I might not get more with a busy schedule. I did the 32 minutes and then went to work.

Meeting my boss for work, I was surprised that he asked me if I wanted to swim. Apparently there's a large outdoor pool in Cambridge, UK. I said sure, and met him at the pool. He'd brought me trunks and I bought goggles.

A 100m pool, icy like CA waters, but after 200m, I was fine. A great workout in the late afternoon Cambridge sun.
