Outside, training with Delaney. Slow, but good for him. He ran more, ate better beforehand, and took short breaks. He had a few of them, but they were all 5-10sec breaks before continuing on.
My knee was still sore, and I think I must have banged it Sat since it feels bruised. It was a little tough to start, but I jogged fairly straight-legged and that worked.
