Day 1544

Pushing a bit after a driving all around day. I did intervals of 30sec with a pyramid. I'd do 30s at 6.7 then back to 6.5 (steady pace) for 30sec. Then 6.8, then 6.5, repeating working my way up to 7.0 and then starting over. A good run for me.
