Back to day 3 of Pilates. Still not sure how I feel. Slow, hard, definitely working at times. Had to take a 10-20s break a few times, but at the same time, no sweat, and lots of concentration.

Day 32 - Pilates

My second Pilates class. The entire body felt sore. legs sore, knee aching, arms sore, especially elbows after volleyball last night.

Not a super hard class, but hard. Slow, no sweat, but I was working, and again, surprisingly flexible after. Now on a weekly schedule.
