A bike by myself, then a run / walk with kids. The run was tough, as my cross country kid set the pace and I struggled. Fortunately we caught my daughter heading back and I could walk before I ran out of energy.

Day 64 - Run
Hit the gym early before an event and since everything was taken but a bike and treadmill, I decided to run. First treadmill run since I had surgery, and I regretted it for about 15 minutes. It was a struggle and the knee ached. I was watching in the mirror and I didn't look like I was favoring it, but I felt like I was. Eventually it felt better and I finished strong.

I really wanted to hit yoga, so despite my commitment to run with my daughter, I went. It was hard. A sculpt class, and me with 5lb weights, and lots of up and down. That's a tough one.
