Sheesh that was hard. My wife convinced me to try this aerobics like class, and I did. A high intensity, bursting workout for an hour. After the 10 minute warm up I was tired and out of breath, but I made it.
I'm guessing it was like cross fit. Some weights, some band resistance, some running stairs, but it was hard. I was beat at the end, and as I sat to recover, I felt nauseous.
Sheesh.
