Another tough class. Lots of movement, including different stations. Mostly arms tonight, literally sets of 100 things like curls. Glad I had 5 and 8lb weights. Had to modify a bit with a sore elbow, but a great workout.

Day 5 - Insanity Class
A tough class. I went with some apprehension, as the last time I did this I
felt nauseous. However Kendall went with me and I agreed to quit after45 minutes.
It was tough, and I had to bail on exercises at times, but I kept at it. Overall, I came out beat, but felt like I'd worked hard.
