The iPod was dead, so I couldn't capture metrics. A map on mapmyrun.com gave me mileage, but I went further since there were some times when Delaney had to walk and I jogged slow alongside him, in place quite a bit. It was a slow one, but I wanted to stick with Delaney and give him motivation. Time was a guess
