I noticed this blog post from a fellow SQL guy and thought it was pretty cool. He has a different focus, but he's running well and doing races, which I think I need to add into my routine. No reason that I can't get out every couple months and do a race or two.
I want to do the July 4 one locally near hear. Either the Palmer Lake one of the Firecracker 5K. I need to check the schedule and see what other one I can fit in, and get Delaney to run as well.
