Icy Hot
The last couple weeks, my calves have been tight. Not pulled, but tight, and as a result, I've been rubbing Icy Hot on them before exercise. It's helped, and while the calves remain tight, they're getting slowly better and I haven't pulled anything more.
ive been using biofreeze for years. have a container stashed in each of my gear bags for different play. I tend to put it on before i play rball, on my shoulder and arm, and often afterwards. especially when my arm is giving me grief. medicate before, medicate after. or dont play.
