The ankle hasn't hurt today and after some yard work and then a Cub Scout rocket launch, I wanted to get moving before it got too late (and so I could watch Sunday Night Football).
So I went down, knowing this is 5 days and not wanting to push too hard. The legs still need to gain some strength and endurance. So I did a fairly standard slow mile, but then pushed the last minute up to 7mph.
1.4mi, 15:00min.
