I felt much better today, walking without pain. That's a long way from healed, so I decided to take it easy. I put a heating pad between my legs for 20 minutes to warm up the muscles, then I went for a slow job on the treadmill. I was watching "Gran Torino" and getting into it, but it felt OK to cruise along at an easy 5.5mph.
Now I have ice on the leg, and it's a little sore, but miles from where it was yesterday. The big problem moving forward will be trying to take it easy until this heals.
