I finished the week (I end on Sat) with 16.7mi this week. On top of baseball last Sunday, two days of karate, and snowboarding one day. A lot of activity for me.
That’s a little higher than I’d like to be. I’d like to be 14-15 miles top each week. I felt good this week, but I’m slightly worried about pushing too hard, especially as I try to heal this ankle up.
