I had a good treadmill run, starting at 6.5, moving to 6.6mph for most of it after a 1 minute walk. I added a 1.5 minute cool down and barely made it, struggling with a side cramp during the last couple minutes. I haven't felt that in a long time, especially when I wasn't out of breath.
