I was looking forward to a long jog outside for this milestone, but it's almost a gale outside. Warm, and the temp would be fine, but after a sore eye snowboarding that's still scratched I didn't want to chance it.
So a treadmill day, going up to 6.4mph for a start (after the walk warmup) and then hitting 6.6 for a nice long run. Felt great while running and easily hit my 2.5 mi goal. I could have gone further, but I pushed enough with a sore knee.
