I wouldn't think I need more, but I do think after reading this report that I'm resting a little on my 20min or so of running a day, sometimes not even that.
Last year I wanted to do 2 mi / day and that was a good 20+ min per day, but that only gets me 140 min, just over 2 hours a week. I should double that, even though I do some other stuff, I think I need to make an effort to get in some other exercise, lifting, walking, something to get myself up around 4-5 hours a week, every week.
