In a salty, outdoor pool. Fantastic and felt good.

2100yds, working a pyramid: 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, 250, 200, 150, 100. Added 100 of kick in there as well.

Day 5 - Swim/Walk

In CA, I tried swimming in La Jolla cove, but ended up with a faceful of seaweed a few times and quit after about 10 minutes. From there, a walk down the beach.

Day 2 - Walk

A sore ankle, and a busy day. I had planned to lift at lunch and then walk later, but didn't get to it.


Two days off

That's what I took, and not by choice.

I had planned on swimming Friday, but with the ankle sore and a schedule to get out of town, I skipped it. Then Saturday was a relaxing day with my wife. Sunday the ankle was better, and I did yoga in the morning.

Slower, holding poses longer, and no quick flows. However a few times my heart was pounding. Surprised me.

I've been wanting to get the dogs out and when it started to clear today, I took a break and went out for a nice walk with the two big ones.

Day 3 - Swim

A good one today. I decided to just swim, and after 100 warmup, I busted out a 500 at an easy pace. It felt good, but I was concentrating too much on counting. Need to set up a system.

I then did 2x250, 50 kick, then 1x250 again and then 1x350 and 100 kick/cooldown.

Family Day

Not much exercise, but we walked around playing golf and helped with some chores. Not enough to post, but not a sedentary day.
