Day 22 - Baseball

A good game today. A little jogging before for me and I felt good. 3 hits, so some jogging on my doubles. I added in some time in right field, so I was moving a bit there to cover space and adjust for batters.

Day 8 - Baseball

I was hoping for more today, but I ended up with lots of chores in the am. Baseball was late afternoon, and I batted, but didn't run, beyond two trips to first base where I went quickly, but didn't press. The leg felt OK in my 4 innings in the field.

A good workout for me today. 8 innings of first base, playing for 3 hours, moving and jogging in between long innings, and on my feet working a bit. Some stretches, a decent number of first base plays.
