A great day, 60F, not much wind, and sunny. I had a nice walk with the dogs. Thought about going further, but needed more time and the dogs were hot.

Not a great day. Beautiful weather, but I took a hard spill early. Took it easy the rest of the half day, but not a great workout.

An interesting C2 today. Lots of flow, relatively few abs, and a new type of lift that I couldn't do, but got close and worked hard. Lots of sweat.

I was up for almost 24 hours yesterday. Up early, getting to Heathrow and flying back to Denver. Then getting home and I should have walked for 20 minute because that was all I had before heading out to Kendall's volleyball practice and then getting home around 8:30 at night and asleep by 9:30 ish, 23 hours after I got up.
