Day 7 - No LImits Class

Another tough class. Lots of movement, including different stations. Mostly arms tonight, literally sets of 100 things like curls. Glad I had 5 and 8lb weights. Had to modify a bit with a sore elbow, but a great workout.

Day 5 - Insanity Class

A tough class. I went with some apprehension, as the last time I did this I felt nauseous. However Kendall went with me and I agreed to quit after45 minutes.

It was tough, and I had to bail on exercises at times, but I kept at it. Overall, I came out beat, but felt like I'd worked hard.

Day 4 - Yoga

With tired legs, I decided to hit a yoga class today instead of pressing anything else. I thought I had a Barre class, but it was fusion, which was fine. A good, hard workout, despite my balance being crappy.
