Bust

I planned on biking or something before volleyball with my daughter, but the day got away from me and I was beat when it ended.
Oh well.

Vacation

Nothing today. Family/shopping/relaxing day.

Nada

A busy day for me. Working, picking up a friend from the airport, kids sports. No real time to workout.

Bust - Day off

I should have gotten up early. Then I should have walked at night, but it was a really long, stressful day with family. No chance to really work out.

Day 6 - Run

Third day running in a row. Felt better and stronger moving down the route. Overcast with rain coming, which may have helped.

Day 5- Run

Second run, same thing. It's hot, but I felt better moving through the run. Tired near the end, but having some feedback from my Runmeter app helped. Managed an 11:00/mi for most of it.

Day 4 - Run

Not sure of the exact time, but after dropping my daughter at Volleyball practice, I went for a run. My left foot developed a hot spot, and the right knee hurt as I went out. I struggled to get going, and ended up walking a few tenths on the way back.

Travel

A busted day. Traveling early, meeting a friend for a drink, and finding time to work. No time to exercise, or not important enough.

An early run tomorrow.

Bust

Another missed day, however not a sitting around day. I spent all day working construction, building porch railings and a wheelchair ramp. Then getting gas for the ranch and feeding horses.

I'm beat.

Almost two weeks off

Amazing. I had hoped it would be less, but I've struggled a touch with knowing what is good work and what will slow progress.

After two days I could walk with a limp and move around. After 4 I tried the bike, but couldn't get through a revolution without pain.

As a result, I've done some leg lifts, some push ups, some sit ups, even some light squats one day (that was a mistake), but really no sweat. Just moving around.

Bust

Traveling all day and then wife/kid time. I didn't want to force one in and I let the stress go early in the afternoon to just enjoy time with family.

Another Long Day

All day, from 5:30 until 9:00, out at volleyball. Too tired, eyes hurting. 8500 steps for the day though.

24 Hours

I was up for almost 24 hours yesterday. Up early, getting to Heathrow and flying back to Denver. Then getting home and I should have walked for 20 minute because that was all I had before heading out to Kendall's volleyball practice and then getting home around 8:30 at night and asleep by 9:30 ish, 23 hours after I got up.

Ugh.

Boom

Too tired, feeling worn out after a long day. I knew I should have done something at lunch.

Oh well.

Boom

Dammit. I let things go too long and then didn't get home until after 9, tired, and skipped it.

Was hoping for thirty days.

Too Tired

A late flight, getting to the hotel at 2:30am. Up at 8, after hitting the snooze button 4 times. Too tired to work out.

Two days off

That's what I took, and not by choice.

I had planned on swimming Friday, but with the ankle sore and a schedule to get out of town, I skipped it. Then Saturday was a relaxing day with my wife. Sunday the ankle was better, and I did yoga in the morning.

Bust

I missed a workout. I had planned for volleyball, and even drove down there, but with the opening of the NFL, no one else was there.

:(

Hot and tired

5 hours in the sun, working on projects with tools and wood. Not exactly up for a walk after that.

A Sick Dog

We had a dog emergency this morning, taking the dog to the vet. I sweated in the afternoon, working on a project outside, but not aerobic work. An early evening engagement precluded any exercise.
