Late, on the treadmill. Felt good for the first time in a long time.

Day 22 - Baseball

A good game today. A little jogging before for me and I felt good. 3 hits, so some jogging on my doubles. I added in some time in right field, so I was moving a bit there to cover space and adjust for batters.

Day 19 - Run/Walk

Up early, another walk/run through Central Park. Felt OK, did about 17 minutes jogging.

Day 18 - Walk

Actually a bit of running and walking. After traveling to NYC and meeting my cousin for coffee, I decided to go through Central Park. I walked over, and spent about 10 minutes strolling quickly before a 15 minute jog through the park. I continued walking after, enjoying the night, but also wanting to get my 10,000 steps.

A good workout, lifting for 20 minutes before, then a nice 32 minute elliptical workout.

Day 16 - Run

Started walking around the track, but then jogged, trying to stay slow and not aggravate the calf. Worked well. Walked at home as well later.

Day 13 - Walk

Hanging out all day, some walking through tourist stuff, but at night, I decided I needed to walk. I wanted to get my 10,000 steps, but I also needed to move. I spent time at night, walking around near the hotel. I forgot to track at first, so I was just watching steps for a bit.

Day 12 - Run

More of a jog, but I headed up the road, walking and then doing about a mile and a half run. I walked a few times in the run, and finally quit near the house as my calf was aching. Still, a good workout.
