Day 1391

Body for Life run on the treadmill. I wanted to try one on my own to see how I did. I did this:

5: 4.5
6: 5.5
7: 6.0
8: 6.8
9: 7.2

for the first pyramid. Then the other three went at

6:6.0
7: 6.4
8: 6.8
9: 7.2
10: 7.5

A press and I was tired at the end, closing with a 5.0 minute. 2.06mi in 20 minutes, with essentially 3 minutes of walking. Not bad.
