Day 1 - 1000 Jacks

I went to a circuit class, but we never got to the circuit. Instead it was military night. Everyone picked up a "rifle", weighted straight bar. Mine was 9lbs and I'm glad. We did sets of 100 jumping jacks, lifting the bar. We did sets of 50 pushups, though really in the 35-40, half pushups for me. We jogged around, sprinting to the front of the line, and did 100m sprints outside.

It was exhausting.

When it was done, I still hadn't hit 10,000 steps, so I did 10 on the elliptical.
