Day 265

The ankle ached, and was sore. I had trouble walking, and a constant pain while trying to jog at 5.5. I slowed to 5.3 for awhile and powered through it. It started to feel better eventually, better meaning less pain, not none. I thought about going for 1.5mi, but I bailed early.

Better to be conservative and take it easy.
